Confirmed: Massivit 3D Provides Equal Employment Terms for Women & Men

 

In light of Israel’s upcoming Amendment No. 6 to the Male and Female Workers (Equal Pay) Law, Massivit 3D Printing Technologies Ltd. is pleased to announce that according to its internal salary survey, there are negligible salary gaps between the company’s female and male employees performing the same or similar jobs. These results reflect one of the company’s founding values to promote and ensure equal terms for female and male employees.

 

Israel’s Male and Female Workers (Equal Pay) Law was legislated in 1996 to address longstanding gender pay gaps in Israel pertaining to wages and other work-related compensation. As of June 1st 2022, an amendment to this law will be implemented in relation to reporting obligations regarding equal pay. The purpose of the amendment is to increase organizations’ transparency in respect to gender pay gaps, to promote equal employment terms for men and women in Israel and thereby reduce gender discrimination.
