Pre & Post Sales Application Engineer
Massivit 3D, a leading large-scale additive manufacturing company, is looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on, application engineer to join our application team.
As an application engineer, you will be responsible for all application-related issues, in cross-discipline domains, such as Sales, R&D, Software, and Customer Support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop plans for implementing and/or improving Massivit 3D various product systems.
- Configure, and support the applications needs of our customer base worldwide.
- Lead application training for new customers.
- Samples/benchmarks producing.
- Work closely with sales teams globally to deliver information to potential and existing customers.
- Develop new applications that fit our HW and stretch its limitations.
- Provide application knowledge and solutions to all company departments and customers globally.
- Documenting development processes, procedures, and application version histories.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Expertise with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Fusion360 and others.
- Familiarity with Rhino, Materialise Magics, Zbrush – Advantage.
- Minimum of 1-year experience with additive manufacturing.
- Fluent in English (Oral & Written).
- Superb collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver tutorials and speak in front of an audience.
- Experience in composites / molds / tooling – Advantage.
- Travel: Up to 20 % of the Time
