Massivit 10000 Official Launch – A Huge Success
Massivit 3D reports 12 new, non-binding, pre-sale reservations for Massivit 10000 printers at JEC World tradeshow in France. The company has a total of 29 orders for this printer.
Massivit 3D launched the Massivit 10000 at the JEC World tradeshow last weekend. This event is one of the most important global tradeshows for composite materials.
The Massivit 10000 is designed to print molds used by industrial enterprises for production of composite material end-use parts (made of carbon and fiberglass).
The printer offers significant production cost savings – up to 80% in labor costs, up to 80% of production time and up to 50% in material costs.
The composite materials market value is expected to grow to $131 billion in 2024. The Massivit 10000 may reach a ~15%-20% share of this market.

Massivit 3D Printing Technologies (Massivit 3D) reports the successful launch of the Massivit 10000 printer. The launch took place last weekend at the JEC World tradeshow in France – one of the most important global tradeshows for composite materials, held annually since 1965 by the French Association for Development of Composite Materials.
In preparation for the launch and over the course of the tradeshow, the Company conducted an advance marketing campaign, which, according to its terms and at the time of this press release, led to the signature of 12 non-binding, pre-sale reservations for the Massivit 10000. As of today, the Company has a total of 29 such reservations for the Massivit 10000.
The Massivit 10000 is one of Massivit 3D’s next generation printers. The printer utilizes Cast-In-Motion technology which is designed to print molds that industrial companies use to produce composite material parts for the aviation, marine, automotive, rail, and other industries. The printer responds to market demand to manufacture composite material parts more rapidly, efficiently, reliably and cheaply than the manual, complex and semi-automatic methods on the market.
The Massivit 10000 allows significant labor and production-cost reductions by reducing manual labor required to produce molds, reducing manufacturing stages by 80% (4 steps instead of 19 steps that are required with traditional methods), reducing the skills and expertise level required of workers, increasing precision and reliability in production, saving time and resources by reducing project duration, facilitating unsupervised, around-the-clock operation, and reducing material waste.
The Company believes that Massivit 10000 printers may save customers up to 80% in labor costs, up to 80% of production time and up to 50% of material costs. For this reason, the Company believes that the Massivit 10000 may be a market disrupter.
The scope of the composite materials market was estimated at 80 billion dollars in 2019 with an annual growth rate of 7.7%. This market is estimated to grow to 131 billion dollars in the year 2024 and 140 billion in 2025 according to the annual growth rate of the overall composite materials market. The Company estimates that the Massivit 10000 could be applicable to ~15-20% of the market (the relevant share of the molds market within the overall composite materials market).
Participants at the tradeshow in France included leading global companies in the aviation, marine, and automotive fields. Great interest was shown in the Massivit 10000.
In addition to the non-binding reservations made at the JEC World show, two customers have engaged in customer Beta testing agreements for the Massivit 10000. The first customer is Kanfit – that received the printer in Q1 of 2021. Kanfit produces composite material products for key players in the global aviation industry such as Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), Elbit Systems, Rafael, the Israeli Air Force, the Israeli Ministry of Defense, and others. The second customer that signed a Beta agreement in Q1 2022 is US-based company Lyons that specializes in manufacturing high-end bath ware products.
Massivit 3D is preparing to commence deliveries of the Massivit 10000 to customers starting in H2 2022.
